Justice Data Solutions is committed to bringing real time data in an emergency need as well as every day call situations. CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) helps Dispatchers take the guess work out of where to enter data and how to get that data to first responders. Together with our RMS (Records Management System) as a 911 call is answered, the CAD program will track incoming caller data; name, phone number, address, call types, agency and related times. Dispatcher are able to send single or multiple agencies in one function or as needed basis. This also provides first responders critical updates wile saving the information for reports later. Our CAD program allows Dispatchers to focus on the caller and their needs while taking the guess work out.
